NOTE: King County residents only. Many of us that live in Bothell are in Snohomish County. 
 
From September 5-7, 2025, the Wastemobile will offer free hazardous waste disposal at the University of Washington – Bothell campus (18115 Campus Way NE, Bothell, WA 98011). Signs will be posted along Campus Way to direct people to the collection site. Daily events operate from 10a.m. to 5p.m.
 
The Wastemobile offers King County residents and eligible businesses a safe, free, and convenient opportunity to dispose of household hazardous waste at no cost.
 
What is accepted at the Wastemobile?
☑️ Fluorescent bulbs/tubes (limit of 10 per vehicle)
☑️ Household cleaners
☑️ Oil-based paint
☑️ Gasoline, motor oil, and antifreeze (25-gal limit)
☑️ Pesticides
☑️ Household batteries (lead-acid, alkaline, button, rechargeable)
☑️ Propane/butane gas tanks (5-gal limit)
